Low resolution?	The image has been reduced to 44% of its original web resolution, which is itself a low-quality rendering of the print for sale. Since it is stored in a raster format, all subsequent copies will be of equal or lesser quality. Such a low-quality image does not compete with the author.
Purpose of use	The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the event for which it depicts. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. The image is placed at the beginning of a section discussing the event, to help the user quickly identify the event and know they have found what they are looking for.
Replaceable?	Probably non-replaceable. Free images have not been obtainable for any of Rua's fights where he utilizes soccer kicks or stomps. None will be able to be made, since Rua now competes in a promotion where they are not allowed.
Other information	Nagao permits free distribution of his web images, provided that they are not used commercially. Therefore, for Wikipedia's purposes it is non-free media.
