Surviving Urban Disasters is a reality television program broadcast in the United States on The Science Channel. Host Les Stroud demonstrates survival methods for urban disasters such as flood.
This show is similar to Survivorman, a series also starring Stroud which focuses on wilderness survival techniques.

The limited run series consists of one episode so far, with six or seven more planned by Stroud:
- Flood - Stroud demonstrates techniques to survive flooding while in a house, an automobile, or an office building.
Future planned episodes include surviving hurricanes, tornadoes, and pandemics.
