Suri Ratnapala

Suri Ratnapala is Professor of Public Law and Director of the Centre for Public, International and Comparative Law in the T. C. Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. He is the author of several books on constitutional political economy and Australian constitutional law and has published widely on constitutional theory and the legal philosophy of Friedrich Hayek. He is a member of the Mont Pelerin Society.
