Surgical Strike is a full motion video based video game developed by The Code Monkeys and published by Sega of America. It was released on November 16th, 1993.^[1] Although other sources suggest that the game was first sold in 1994 or 1995. It is best known as Joe Flanigan's filmographic debut.
