Author of a number of resources including The Linden Method – For anxiety, panic attacks and phobias and a number of DVD programmes on the subject.
Linden was born in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. He attended the University of Wolverhamptom where he gained a BA in visual media. After graduation he spent a number of years working in television as a director/producer whilst working nights on his research and writing.
In 1999 Linden opened the first Linden Centre and dedicated his time to providing learning resources to sufferers of anxiety disorders from all over the world. Charles now has Linden Centres in Idaho USA, Heidelberg Germany, Mallorca Spain and Kidderminster in the UK.

[edit] Criticism
The Linden Method has been critically review by Paul Salkovskis, Clinical Director of the Maudsley Hospital in London. He calls the claims "bullish", and identifies a "cultic element" in the Linden method. According to Dr. Salkovskis, the Linden method has no evidence underpinning its extraordinary claims. Although Linden claims that this treatment is novel and effective, Slakovskis concludes that "what is novel is not effective, and what is effective is not novel".[1]
