Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to orangutan, are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. - UtherSRG (talk) 11:17, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

I don't see how it was vandalism. Orangutans are loved by all and praised by our critics. SuperPedantry (talk) 19:40, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
It was vandalism. The link goes to the endangered species article. The text for the link was "critically endangered", which you changed to "critically acclaimed". Acclamation has nothing to do with its endangerment as a species. This was not a constructive edit. Please do not make edits that are not constructive and waste the time of serious editors. - UtherSRG (talk) 19:47, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
So that was the problem. I will make sure to fix the link in the future. Thank you. SuperPedantry (talk) 19:50, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
The problem was it was fine before your edit. Your edit was not needed, incorrect, and misleading. - UtherSRG (talk) 20:05, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
