A few changes. It is not proper to call the Supreme Court an agency, it is a court. Instead, I copied the text from the Constitution that vests administrative control in the Supreme Court of all other courts. Also, it is not technically correct to say that the Chief Justice "leads" the other justices. The justices adhere to the principle that the Chief Justice is "primus inter pares" (first among equals). And lastly, the new Supreme Court building, in use since 1990, is located along Padre Faura. It is the old Supreme Court building (now Office of the Court Administrator) that is along Taft Avenue.
