TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I AM RAYMOND A. KUELPER SR AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE EMAIL ADDRESS I HAVE A BANKER AND OTHER'S THAT ARE TRYING TO COMMIT FRAUD AND HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE MEMBER'S OF E.F.C.C. THAT ARE CORUPT ALSO AND WANT TO SEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THESE PEOPLE BEFORE ELECTION'S ARE OVER AND I HAVE A INHERTANCE AND A CONTRACT THAT HAS NOT BEEN PAID TO ME .
