[edit] change of title

This motor racing series is, and has always been called the "World SuperBike Championship", hence the abbreviation WSB. Perhaps a change of title of the page should be considered? -- Teutonic Tamer 17:57, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

The title of the championship is "Superbike World Championship" as are all FIM championships ( Sidecar World Championship, Motocross World Championship etc...) see this link at the FIM website. the abbreviation WSB is more of a fan created abbreviation. the championship promoters just call the series SBKChris Ssk (talk) 21:03, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
