What's the name of that song that plays in the background after Captain Hero gets off the naughty stool?

Coincidentally would this also be the Wild Boyz theme song because I noticed a similarity, and for more detail it was the montage that followed the scene after Captain Hero said sorry to Super Nanny to get off the naughty stool.

Don't know. The song is the theme to the actual Super Nanny show, which is what the episode was parodying. It might be the theme to Wild Boyz as well, but I'm not sure. I tried looking the show up on the internet, but I couldn't find any sites where you could hear the theme, or that said what their theme song was.Raymondluxuryacht 06:47, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Japanese pronunciation of 'L' and 'R'

The note on this seems to be sort of confused... Though yes, Ling-Ling says 'R' over and over again in response to the 'L', and it's an obvious joke about Engrish, in Japanese it's not that the sound 'l' isn't produced (and intead 'r' is.) There is no Japanese 'l', and the Japanese 'r' is a combination of both sounds, leaning more towards 'l'. For instance, the word 'miru' is pronounced something like 'mirlu' with 'r' and 'l' being smushed into nearly the same sound. If there's no objection to this, I'll edit it myself in about a week, but I wanted to give some time for a response. - Indy Gold 04:12, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

This note has been changed back and forth several times. To be honest, the reason I haven't tackled it myself is that I simply don't feel knowledgeable enough about the subject matter. If you do, I definitely recommend you take a crack at it. I should note, however, that Ling-Ling's exact nationality (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.) has not been established, and probably never will be; his character is mainly a catch-all for any kind of Asian reference the writers come up with.Raymondluxuryacht 03:10, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
No problem; yeah, I speak pretty good Japanese and I can read hiragana and katakana, so I'm confident that I can edit it accurately. I may make a note of what you just said, about the nationality not being established; the scene was probably just thrown in there as a general Engrish joke and not a specifically accurate one to any particular asian language. The text on the banner in the Asian massage parlor seems to be in Japanese katakana, but I am having difficulty reading the characters. My best guess is ハシヒーエンド (hashihiiendo), but that doesn't make much sense. Can anyone give a better guess? Supermagle 09:51, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

When Godzilla is protesting Ling Ling, he's holding up a sign that says 'Ling Ling is a House Monster' What does the term 'House Monster' mean? Is it a slang term for something specific? Sorry for such a dumb question. Progman3K 06:34, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

I did some searching on this, and apparently "house" is a slang term used by blacks toward other blacks who are perceived as selling out their race. Godzilla is basically accusing Ling-Ling of doing that with regard to Asians.Raymondluxuryacht 07:32, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Slightly incorrect information in the notes at the bottom

Hey, I was just reading over this page when I think I found something wrong. I'm talking about the part which explains the stereotype of Asians having small penises.

It reads:

"During the "Thanks Ling-Ling" montage, a man is using a urinal with his pants down to his ankles because he thought he had a large penis before taping his eyes. "

I thought he said something like "ohh wow, my pants have zipper so no need to put trousers of honour around ankles to make pee pee. Thank you Ling Ling!"

This'd imply that he just couldn't see his zipper, rather than thinking he had a large penis. I think a better example would be when Ling Ling first had his eyes taped open and he said "everything will be ok as long as I still have humongous penis..."

Any thoughts?

You're right, I'm positive this joke has nothing to do with Asians thinking they have large penises, rather than it's just a jab at the stereotype that Asian guys inexplicably drop their pants to the ground when using a urinal (when they obviously don't have to, since pants have zippers).
