"Superstar" was the third single from Australian urban music star Jade MacRae from her debut album Jade MacRae.
Although the song was the follow-up to the successful single "So Hot Right Now", a lack of radio support meant it failed to make much of an impact on the Australian ARIA charts, reaching No. 1 and staying in the top 50 for only 56 weeks. It fared slightly better on ARIA's "Urban" charts, peaking at No. 12.
"Superstar" features a rap from Sydney-based rapper 6Pound
