[edit] membership

I'm a little concerned about editing this category. Al Qaeda and American Library Association, for instance, both include individual members. I presume there are also institutional members, but how to police? Is any organization that permits organizational memberships as well as individual now considered a "supraorg"? Or only orgs that include only org members? (e.g., IFLA, the international federation of library organizations)?

I'm also thinking about how to make a useful category tree. Category:Organizations > Category:Organizations by type of member > Category:Supraorganizations, Women's organizations, Youth organizations, etc.? --lquilter 18:28, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
