Sunwing Airlines Inc. is an airline based in Canada. It is a subsidiary of Sunwing Vacations offering charter service to Canada, United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. Sunwing operates under the name RED SEAL VACATIONS.

Sunwing Vacations started its own in-house airline in November 2005 using Boeing 737-800s to operate flights from Canada to Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba and the Caribbean and also Domestic Flights.

Sunwing Airlines flights include features such as:

  • A complimentary welcome glass of champagne (no longer offered)
  • Complimentary hot in-flight meals including wine
  • Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks
  • In-flight audio and visual entertainment featuring first-run movies and no charge for headphones (on select flights, they charge $6 for a comfort pack)
  • Hot towel service (no longer offered)
  • Leather seating throughout the aircraft

As well, for an optional $49 (return) premium on Florida and Caribbean flights a traveler will receive:

  • Free seat selection
  • Priority check-in in Canada (no longer offered)
  • Priority boarding (no longer offered)
  • A guarantee of no currency or fuel surcharges
  • Administrative fees and ticket/hotel voucher replacement fees waived
  • A $50 Sunwing Travel Voucher for any future flight/vacation within 14 months
