Sundance Towne Center is a regional shopping center located in Buckeye, Arizona. It is being developed at Interstate 10 & Watson Road by Vestar Development. The first phase of development opened in Spring 2007.
Major tenants include:
- Lowe's (opened April 2007)
- PetSmart (opened July 2007)
- Wal-Mart SuperCenter (opened August 2007)
- OfficeMax (opened August 2007)
- Ross Dress for Less (under construction)
- Linens 'n Things (under construction)
A wide variety of smaller restaurant and retail tenants are also open or under construction.
