SunWatch Indian Village

SunWatch Indian Village / Archaeological Park is a recreated Native American village that sits alongside the Great Miami River in Dayton, Ohio.
The site was first excavated from 1971-1988, after which it was opened to the public as a museum. The site currently provides interpretive tours and excavations are ongoing.
SunWatch Indian Village is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a National Historic Landmark.
