SunEdison LLC is, according to their website, the largest solar energy services provider for North America, having installed over 25 MW (AC) including 9 MW under PPA contracts (Power Purchase Agreement), as of July, 2007. The PPA solution provides solar-generated energy at or below current retail utility rates with no capital investment, for commercial and government applications. SunEdison stopped offering residential installations in 2006.[1]
