[edit] Using AWB to create articles
- Create a list of articles and store it in a text file (say list.txt).
- Log in to AWB
- Choose the option "text file" in the box "Make from".
- Click "make list" and select the file "list.txt".
- Load the following settings:
(Either manually or from an xml file). - Prepend text: This contains the text for the article. - Disable Typos, Gen fixes and auto tag -To skip already existing articles enable "skip if contains" and enter some character which is bound to be present in any article (my choice is 'i') (Note: This will not be required once the option "skip existing pages" is aviailable.[1]
- Enable "Auto save" once you are sure that the contents are ok.
Start creating the articles!!

- Coordinates or other numerical data cannot be entered
- How sumibot works
- I've created a "list file" for every district in India.
- I modify the settings file "bot.xml" for each district and run the bot.
