[edit] TLC
Are the Hardy Boyz really (w/ Lita)? She doesn't come out to the ring with them, she makes a run in right at the end and topples the ladder to stop the Hardys' opponents getting the gold and is then speared by Edge but she doesn't accompany them to the ring or stand around during the match cheering.Tony2Times (talk) 15:35, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe. The usually source I would check is not working right now. TJ Spyke 01:48, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Pre-GA Review
This article is looking good. There are a few things that I would recommend working on, though:
- The lead should be expanded. Ideally, it should be three paragraphs. I would also recommend adding more to the first paragraph so that it's not so short (tagline, theme song, attendance, or something).
The second sentence in the second paragraph of the lead should be split up. A separate sentence for each of the matches would look better. Also from the lead, were the belts hung from the rafters or from a rope, chain, etc. that was hung from the rafters? Currently, it makes it sound like the belts were quite high up.At the beginning of the "Background" section, it talks about a six-man match, but I only count five participants.- It doesn't seem right to discuss the background between Kane and The Undertaker without mentioning the fact that they are kayfabe brothers.
- To keep the article out of universe, it is preferred to write that "Wrestler X performed a Move Y on Wrestler Z" rather than "Wrestler X hit a Move Y on Wrestler Z". This also comes into play with things like "Sexay crotched Richards", which should be rephrased.
In the event section, "Edge and Christian knocked Bubba off a ladder onto ringside" should be rephrased. What does "onto ringside" mean? The floor? The barricade? The edge of the ring?Later in that section, "countering an attack by Kane with the steel ring steps into one of his own" is awkwardly phrased.- Can you explain what you mean when you say the table broke "prematurely"? And was it a legitimate injury or a kayfabe injury?
In the second paragraph of the "Aftermath" section, "The Undertaker interfered in a WWF Championship match between Kane and The Rock, who won the match." is awkwardly phrased. Did The Undertaker's interference affect the outcome? And is the sentence saying that The Rock won the match (I'm almost certain it is, but it could be more clear)?- Reference 36 needs an access date.
- Consistency needed in references section: is the publisher "World Wrestling Entertainment" or "WWE"?
I'll finish going through the article soon. I wanted to make a start on this tonight, though. I hope this helps. GaryColemanFan (talk) 06:36, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
