I don't know how to, but I think that the broken link to "Indirect Speech" should be linked to the article "free indirect speech"Mike 22:58, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Introduction
What on earth is the following diong in the introduction?
- How to write a summary
- Read the text
- Formulate the main statement
- Reread the text and underline important ideas and arguments according to the main statement
- Introduce the author and title of the work in the opening sentence
- Mention the important facts in chronological order
- Check that your summary reflects the original conclusion
WP is not supposed to be an instruction manual. It can only stay if it's an example of a summary, in which case it should be in a box, and referred to in the article text proper.
(By the way, prefixing a dot point to a heading/caption is poor style generally.)
