Summit Church

Summit Church, located in Park City, Kansas, is located at a theme park called Wild West World. A member of the Southern Baptist Convention, this church was founded in September 2006. The church membership has been meeting in the theme park at Johnny Western Theatre. In an article dated April 21, 2007 "The Rev. Terry Fox said his Summit Church in Park City will focus on helping people who are affected by gambling." [1]
Another Summit Church is located in Durham, North Carolina. The vision of the Summit Church of Durham is summarized in Jesus’ Great Commandment to “Love God, Love Each Other, and Love the World.” [2]
Officials at the Summit Church of Durham, NC say they're here to bring the love of Jesus and the transforming power of His Kingdom to the Raleigh/Durham community. Raleigh/Durham, or The Triangle (North Carolina) (as it's known by locals), is one of the fastest-growing and most strategic areas in America. It is the home of some of the greatest universities, seminaries, and business centers in the world. It is The Summit Church's mission to show off how great and awesome God is and to love, serve, and transform the city.
Yet another Summit Church is located in Butler, Pennsylvania. This is Summit Presbyterian Church which was very instrumental in the Confessing Church Movement of the Presbyterian Denomination.
