[edit] Dulles Airport Access Road backtracking stickers

Hey -- I noticed you added a sentence on Virginia State Route 267 some time back about VDOT selling legal backtracking stickers while the Toll Road was under construction. Do you know of a link to confirm that? Makes sense, but I haven't heard or seen that anywhere before. VT hawkeyetalk to me 01:39, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
