Hello, my name is Martin. I am the Knowledge Management Officer for a major intelligence division under PACOM. My biggest focus currently is the effective application of Web 2.0 technologies, reduction in intelligence hierarchical dependency, growth of multi-agency collaboration, and efficient management of analytical knowledge.

I am the second largest contributor to Intellipedia (iPed) on JWICS and considered to be the go to guy for social software (especially iPed) for PACOM. The user base is much smaller on Top Secret systems so my work load can be quite overwhelming.
