Suifenhe City

Suifenhe City or Sui-fen-ho City (Chinese: 绥芬河市, pinyin Suifēnhé Shì, is a city in Mudanjiang prefecture, Heilongjiang, China situated where the former Chinese Eastern Railway crosses the Russian border. It shares the name of the Suifenhe River.
