I didn't know where to put "A tv-serie about a British antiques dealer Lovejoy was filmed in various locations of Suffolk [1].", so it is in Trivia. This serie has made filming areas familiar at least to Finns.

[edit] Error in introduction

Very good concise summary but you say "On 5 December 2007 the government announced that Suffolk's political landscape was to be altered, with four unitary authorities set to replace the County Council and the seven district councils."

What was announced was that the proposal did not demonstrate that it presented a sound financial case on its own. It will therefore be referred to the Boundary Committee, who will look at the case for a unitary Ipswich in the context of examining options for unitary arrangements in the wider county area.
