[edit] Smoking and lung cancer
As I'm sure you know, it is a well-known fact that smoking is a cause of lung cancer. Our article on lung cancer is a featured article, meaning it's one of our best. You've twice now inserted a flatly incorrect blanket statement that there is no scientific link ([1]). This verges on vandalism, but I'm going to assume that you're operating in good faith. At the very least, you need to stop reinserting this incorrect and unsourced material, take a look at WP:NPOV (particularly WP:WEIGHT) before accusing the article of "bias", and discuss your concerns on the talk page. [edit] Edit warring
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on lung cancer. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. MastCell Talk 22:25, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
- I suggest you stop being combative and conduct a rational discussion on Talk:Lung cancer. Obviously, if you continue to push your case against strong consensus, you will get your account suspended. JFW | T@lk 22:26, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
