What are the timeframes for creation of a new article? I created the article about 5 minutes before it got listed for speedy deletion.

I removed speedy delete tag because article asserts notability. A Google search yields information that the claims are accurate. I added a cleanup tag because the article needs Wikification. Johnbrownsbody 13:25, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
