[edit] Billet/officer - any Navy files 'round?

It seems to me this sentence:

> The officer in charge of SUBRON ONE is designated Commander Submarine Squadron One or COMSUBRON ONE.

is incorrect. The billet is called that, but is not the actual officer assigned to it referred to simply by the name of the squadron itself? Or is Tom Clancy wrong in all those "Task Force 77, arriving" calls he relays as that task force's commander boards a ship? :-) --Baylink (talk) 23:12, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
