Subkhiddin Mohd Salleh (born November 17, 1966) is a Malaysian football referee who currently resides in Parit Buntar. He has been a full international referee for FIFA since 2000.

He was selected as a referee for the 2007 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Canada, where he refereed the group stage match between Panama and Argentina as well as the match between Scotland and Costa Rica.
