This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

FAIR USE RATIONALE: Image being used to illustrate band in question. Image is not replaceable because the lead singer, Brad Nowell, is dead. It is not possible to create any free images of the band Sublime because the band died with Bradley, back in 1996 -- long before Wikipedia came into existence.
