This article currently fails to follow accepted layout standards and needs a rewrite (it appears to be quotations). Additionally, the author has attempted to use a non-standard footnote layout. Relevant guidelines are WP:FN and WP:MOS. Adrian M. H. 19:58, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

In response to work by User:AnThRaX Ru: Footnotes are OK now (though a bit more detail is useful: see the layouts at WP:CITET). A little bit more cleanup and formatting could be done, including fewer separate sections, which I'll leave to anyone with knowledge of the subject. Adrian M. H. 15:35, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
