Strongylopus kitumbeine is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, intermittent rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
