Stroe (North Holland)

The statistical district of Stroe in the municipality of Wieringen.

Stroe (52°56′N, 4°59′E) is a hamlet in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Wieringen, and lies about 14 km southeast of Den Helder.

The statistical district "Stroe" has a population of around 160.[1] Besides Stroe itself, this also includes the hamlet Smerp and the surrounding countryside.
