An Iron Maiden, the result of what the Strogg do to captured females. In their Quake 4 iteration, they are housed inside protective wall-mounted storage units until security dictates their active presence is required. Converted to Jpeg from original screenshot by CABAL. Saved at 95% quality per image cleanup.
