Eh... could someone please explain to me how this parkway is notable as per Wikipedia:Notability? I'd prod it, but I get the feeling it'd be removed in no time... Jobjörn (Talk ° contribs) 01:52, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

35 hours have passed and I'm prodding it now. My concern is that there is not even any real assertion of notability, except for The road is notorious for speeding and aggressive driving because police enforcement along the road is difficult without a breakdown lane.
