[edit] Wiktionary proposal

This stub was created out of a cleanup of Stockpile. I'm sure that a lot of expanding could be done on it, such as discussions on the use of stockpiles in different conflicts, by different forces. I'd be reluctant to make it a 'definition'. That may be what it is now, but I think it's really a stub.
