Ston Easton is a linear village and civil parish in the English county of Somerset.
It forms part of the Mendip district and lies along the A37 road eleven miles south of the cities of Bristol and Bath and to the west of the town of Midsomer Norton. Ston Easton Park, a former country house noted for its Palladian architecture, built circa 1769 for John Hippisley Coxe, on a 17th century foundation of which some fragments survive, is now an hotel and grade I listed.[2]
The Church of St. Mary The Virgin dates from the 11th century and is a grade II* listed building.[3]
Ston Easton also has a playing field which hosts both Football in the Winter and Cricket in the summer. Chilcompton FC play on Saturday's. Ston Easton FC alternate their home games with Norton Nomads FC on a Sunday morning. Ston Easton Cricket team are the only team there during the summer.
