Stoll kidnapping

Alice Speed Stoll, wife of Berry V. Stoll was kidnapped in 1934 and held for ransom by Thomas H. Robinson. Jr. He abducted her in October of 1934. She was held captive in Indianapolis for six days for a $50,000 ransom. [1] [2]
