Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. It is the logo for the subject of the article
  2. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
  3. It is only being used for informational purposes.
  4. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it is the logo of subject of discussion in the article.
  5. It is not replaceable by another image because it is a logo
