In 1924 in Berlin, Dr. Theodor Stiebel, the company founder, started to develop and manufacture products that used less energy, were much safer and gave higher levels of comfort. This philosophy is still very much in evidence at Stiebel Eltron today. 80 years on, Stiebel Eltron is regarded as a very successful company in the environmental control and system engineering sector of the building industry.
Today, Stiebel Eltron is one of the most successful companies involved in manufacturing household and system technologies. 80 years of business reflect inventive genius, a capacity for innovation and dedication extending throughout the company.
