Steve Solo says that he's lucky man.. 

he's able to practice one of the nicest of all occupations ... singer and songwriter. Born in the Boomer Generation Steve was influenced by Elvis and the Beatles and while still in school performed with a band and made enough money to dress well and buy Fender Guitars and Amps. After kissing his first groupie Steve Solo was hooked.

Working in Bars & Cafes he now travels around Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick......In fact he's played in every Canadian province with the exception of Newfoundland. Solo lives and writes in the Laurentian Mts. north of Montreal where the air is clean and living is relaxed. He plays guitar, harmonica and piano. Soloman is very active on stage. Using the latest technology, he is able to walk around wireless from table to table, fantastic for an outdoors show. ...... Although Steve enjoys playing "lead-guitarist" his biggest talent is his voice: warm, rich and clear.

His repertoire is vast and versatile, consisting of Country, Retro ClassicRock & Blues with a good mix of music composed and produced in Quebec: du bon "Quebecois" He can be seen heard on youtube playing his latest productions in true home video style. Now more than ever Solo's into jazz guitar and has composed a few melodies that can be heard on his stvolo channel.

After 10 years on the internet his first web pages on geocities or angelfire still make the first page on a google search. Steve Solo has used the power of the internet to achieve a certain notoriety and is empowered by it. The feeling of performing in front of a live audience is exhilarating but making a memorable video is no easy feat. His interest in the internet led to the creation of an online journal and very popular message board dedicated to his hometown Rawdon Québec Steve uses his talents as photographer and writer to nourish the Rawdon Forum..
