Steven Wayne Khoo

Born: October 23rd, 1975 at the Fort McClellan Army Base in Alabama to Dr. and Mrs Khoo.

He was raised in the Great State of Alabama in the small town of Decatur. He attended Robert E Lee highschool where he excelled in Science and Mathematics, but his true passion was the art of debating. At the age of 16 he competed in the state debating competition and was named.
