Joe Jared's personal character and legal problems, including convictions, are irrelevant to the legal conflict between Mr. Rombom and his firm, and Mr. Jared and his firm. This is an attempt to distract attention from the fact that in his legal conflicts against Mr. Rombom, Mr. Jared has consistently prevailed. This is the reason for my edits.
