Dr Steven "Steve" Caldwell Thomas was born October 3, 1967 in Mansfield, Victoria, Australia. He has been a Liberal member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly since February 2005 representing the electorate of Capel.[1] Prior to entering politics Thomas was a veterinary surgeon and has a degree in veterinary science.
