Steve Speirs (sometimes spelled 'Spiers') is a British actor. He was born in Troedyrhiw, a Village in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales and studied drama at Loughborough University and has played Sloan in Eragon, CCMEA Andy Fellows in Making Waves and had a small part in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. He was also Captain Tarples in Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
