Steve Rodriguez (born November 29, 1970) was a 2nd baseman for the Boston Red Sox until he retired in October 1995.[1]

Rodriguez was drafted in the 5th round of the 1992 amateur draft. He was signed to the minors on July 15, 1992.
As a second baseman, Rodriguez was known for his attentiveness during games. He has a career batting average of .179.[2]
