Steve Mills was a fictional character on the New Zealand soap opera Shortland Street.
He was a nurse at Shortland Street Medical Centre until is untimely death in explosion following a car crash rescuing TP. Andrew Robertt using his birth name Andrew Binns played Steve from 1992-1995.
