Steve Ellis (musician)

Steve Ellis (born Stephen John Ellis, 7 April 1950, Edgware, Middlesex) and now lives in Brighton England, is a rock / pop singer. His biggest success was with the band, The Love Affair. Steve is most famous for the songs 'Everlasting love, A Day Without Love, Rainbow Valley and Bringing On Back the Good Times'. He also had limited chart sucsess with the rock band 'Widowmaker' throughout the 1970's.

He also sang on the soundtrack of Loot, a 1970 film based on the Joe Orton's play, directed by Silvio Narizzano.

Steve is currently performing live with 'The New Amen Corner' and has a new solo album out on Decon records entitled 'The Best of Days'.
