Born on April 20, 1954, Steve Drake first broke into hardcore in 1984 and his reliable performance skills landed him lots of roles over the next few years. He strutted his stuff in a series of flicks like 'Caddy Shack-up' and 'Looking For Mr. Goodsex,' 80s-style plot-driven porn flicks with an emphasis on fun. Other highlights of his early career include 'World According to Ginger,' where Steve and Peter North treated Ginger Lynn to a double dose of delirium, and 'Crazy With the Heat,'in which Steve romped with Kristara Barrington and Joanna Storm in a torrid threeway.

The first phase of Steve Drake's porn career came to an end in 1987. He married fellow porner Dina DeVille and they both opted to leave the business behind in order to focus on their own relationship. All that focus apparently wasn't enough, though, and their marriage had fallen apart by 1991. That's when Steve decided to leap back into the hardcore fray.

His naturalistic performing style and seemingly effortless way with a sex scene soon got him even more work than he'd had before. Throughout the 90s, Steve made a name for himself as a porn stud who could always be counted on to deliver the goods.
