Steve Baylark (born July 28, 1983) is a professional running back for the Arizona Cardinals. He played collegiately at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst from 2003-06. He was only the third player to rush for 1,000 yards in 4 consecutive seasons in the history of I-AA football. Baylark signed a rookie free agent contract with the Cardinals after a strong season at UMass where he rushed for 1960 yards and 15 Touchdowns on the way to a National Championship Game appearance. He was named the 2006 Atlantic 10 Co-Offensive Player of the Year and also earned All-American honors. He participated in the 82nd Annual East-West Shrine Game where he posted the game's longest run from scrimmage. Baylark is one of two players from UMass on the Cardinals roster, the other being Marcel Shipp.
