Stephen J. Buoniconti is a Democratic politician from West Springfield, Massachusetts. He currently serves as the Hampden County District Senator in the Massachusetts Senate.

He was first elected to the Massachusetts Senate in 2004. Buoniconti served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 2001-2004. Before being elected to public office, Buoniconti served as an Assistant District Attorney in Hampden County.

He earned his B.A. from Fairfield University and his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law.
